1 Mile, Steep Hills, 25lb Pack

I've been conditioning for Annual Training in October by running a mile around the hills of my neighborhood every morning.  This week I started adding a weighted rucksack which, of course brought my time back down to a crawl.  Oh well, gotta start somewhere.
